The things people usually want to know before a first call.
Primarily Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, plus DigitalOcean and Cloudflare for lighter workloads. If you have no existing preference we will recommend one based on your workload and budget rather than defaulting to whichever we used last.
You do, from the beginning. Work is committed to a repository you control and infrastructure is provisioned in your own cloud accounts. If our engagement ends, nothing needs to be extracted or transferred.
Yes. We start with a short audit of the existing codebase and infrastructure and give you an honest assessment — including when the right answer is to keep what exists rather than rebuild it.
Defined builds are quoted as fixed-price milestones after a discovery call. Ongoing work — managed cloud or a dedicated team — is billed monthly. You will have scope and price in writing before any work begins.
Either we operate it under a managed plan, or we hand it over with documentation and runbooks so your team can. Both are valid outcomes and we will tell you which one we think fits.
